I continue to receive a lot of junk mail in my Outlook Express Inbox.  I
have used block sender and filters but still have a lot of junk mail.  Is
there a way to create a safe list in Outlook Express like they do in

When we follow the instructions to try to get spell check
to activate in Outlook Express, after tools, options, the
spell check choice is greyed out..can't select it in order

I have 2 identities. I cant seem to figure out how to give each identity

I backed up my Outlook Express emails (those .dbx files) on a DVD+R
disk. When I reinstalled the system and tried to bring back my emails,
every file was fine excecpt for "Inbox.dbx", which was not readable at
all. I tried to import from Outlook, no sucess. I thought maybe the

I have IE6 on an xp with both Acrobat Exchange 5 and, recently, Acrobat
Reader 6.  IE wants to use 5 as a plug-in.  How do I force Reader 6?

When I select a folder in the left pane of Windows Explorer that contains
numerous .zip files I notice that Windows Explorer refresh rate is very
slow.
It appears that Windows Explorer is creating an index of the zip file

If I attempt to download multimedia files from any news group the files are
saved on my hard drive with an .nws extension.  The file can be an .mpg,
.wmv, .avi - it

 I have followed the instructions in Knowledge Base Article 263837 for
removal of Outlook Express in Windows 2000.  Unfortunately it didn't work.  
Virtually all of the files that were deleted keep showing up again.  In
