Have a client who has this check box grey out  in
Tools/Options/Security dialog window and it is ticked,
therefore we can not change it. Any suggestions as he XP

I can't get anywhere near the newsgroups without aborting
with an "unknown error" with the following details:

Can anybody tell me how to unblock attachments with the newsreader? it even
blocks MPG files.  I though the whole point of a newsreader was to upload
and download messages and attachments.
Any help would be much obliged.
Getting Graphic file into Word and sending as attachment?28 Sep 2004 04:21 GMT2
I need some help in getting a document (with graphics) into Word and then
attaching it to an email in OE. I have a scanner and use Paper Port, but it
seems that after scanning the resultant  file is so large for an attachment.
Am I missing something here.  Would surely appreciate ...

At home I use Outlook Express to receive Microsoft Hotmail.
I have been using this method for a long time.  Recently, as I
start the Outlook Express, the regular account of my e-mail
works ok, but as soon as Hotmail account starts downloading,

I have the luxury of being able to use three different
email accounts: alltel.net, earthlink.net, and just
signed this computer up for netzero.com.  I am building a
computer for a friend - loaded OEM XPhome.  (I have put

Since installing SP2 for some reason I am having trouble getting the deleted
items folder open.  Some times it will work and at others it will just locks
out and I have to close OE down as it is not responding.  Inbox and sent
items works OK.

I want to send an email to all my clients, but want the
list to be annonymous.
I get emails to "undisclosed recipients" from one source,
and that seems to do the trick.  How is this done?

Hot Mail stopped working  in OE for about a week now. Attempts add hotmail
accounts results in the following message. I can receive my HotMail using
Hotmail.com so I know login and passwords are correct. Have been using XP
for about one month, without hotmail problem originally.

"X-Namesplus-SpamCheck: not spam"
or a report that it thinks it is spam to my incoming mail.
However, this addition is neither in the subject nor the message body. How
