need to find a utility that we can run on a users desktop to configure their

them to a new server.  we are moving from Iplanet to Exchange 2003 but need

i upgraded my win-xp pro with sp2.
now outlook express does not start for one user while it does for another
user (who is equivalent to administrator) .
i logged in as the normal user. ran regedit. deleted the identity key. move

how do you set the default location to save attachments? i
open the attachment in express and it goes to the
temporary folder. i can change outlook but not express.
any ideas?

outlook exp 6.0 open e-mail msg and header information prints properly but
body of the msg has the left charcter damaged also for the right margin is

Been a long time OE user and now have Outlook.  Not sure I like Oulook -
seems to be slower, maybe it's my computer.  And I don't do my task,
scheduling online.
So sticking with OE.  However, I do want to manage all my business contact

I am unable to rename any folders in my Local Folders.  I go to rename it and
I get:
 The folder could not be renamed.
 An error has occurred.

I've set up a Message Rule so that any messages addressed to
anamedperson@ourdomain.com are automatically forwarded to another email
address.
Having tested the rule it definitely works i.e. the messages are forwarded

This afternoon, shortly after disinstalling two components (both CD writers)
and rebooting, I noticed scores of emails received earlier today and all the
way back to 9:14 a.m., August 20, 2004, had disappeared from my mail box.  
What could have happened?

I use a dial-up connection with unlimited usage.  When I try to receive
emails in Outlook Express, I get about 40 emails, then get a message that
the server is locked.  I can do this over and over and always get the same
set of emails.  I know there are far more emails on the server ...
