i attempted to set up yahoo pops, but apparently don't understand a few things. i think my problem is the network settings. i know that i should use a different pop3 port and smpt port than the one i am using for my regular email, but i don't know what to use.

When I try to send an e-mail to myself, it always ends up in the "deleted items". Then I have to drag it to the inbox. How can I get it to send to inbox? (I use earthlink spamblocker, and my address is in my address book).

On xpsp2, when trying to open any kind of attachment, OE6 is "sorry for the inconvinience, but needs to close" due to an unknown error. I send the error report and the reply is that I propably have to search for missing updates. But when updating there isn't any update missing! ...

I have XP, with SP2 & Norton IS & AV. The 10th Mail Rule in OE is grayed out & I cannot get to it. I cannot use it, change it, or remove it. It appears that rules 1-9 work fine, but I am unsure of 11 onward.

I cannot find out how to make a subfolder into a folder by itself. It should have never been a subfolder to start with. I do want to keep everything in it, just don't like it as a subfolder and trying to rember which folder it is under
