I'm trying to set up a message rule so that all emails I SEND from my email account in OE are forwarded to my gmail account. I know I could use the CC or BCC function on each email I compose but its easier if all emails were forwarded automatically.

For some reason many emails sent to me from friends and co-workers are arriving saying ***SPAM*** and are being blocked by spam assassin. I dont ever remember installing Spam Assassin before. It is really annoying. How can I remove this program?

I created a length rule that I mistakenly put in the newsgroup area. Is there a way to move the rule so that it applies to new emails (not news).

I have just updated to AVG 7 and when I open outlook express I keep getting asked for my username and password and can't get into my email. If I switch off Zone Alarm it works ok. I have disabled E-mail checking in Zone Alarm but no change.

Outlook Express became very slow after upgrading McAfee Antivirus. It's so slow that it takes 8 seconds from the time you click on a folder until you can see the contents. Running XP, IE 6, OE 6. Found a fix at "OLEXP: Outlook Express Performance is Slow, Article ID 271510", ...

Can a rule be created to block or ignore cross-posts in news groups? So many off topic posts are also cross posted that It seems eliminating cross posting would clear up a bunch of clutter in a couple of my groups.

After installing XP Home upgrade from ME and XP sp2, I tried bringing up OE and it asked for the MS Office 2000 SP1 CDROM. Since I don't have any Office products on my PC, I don't have the SP1 CD. I can't install the SP1 or 2
