A correspondent often sends me hyperlinks but these are never ‘live’ in the body of her emails. I have to copy and paste to follow URL or emails addresses. She composes in HTML. I never have this problem with other received mail, nor – she says – do others have the same problem ...

Hi helper-folks, I moved to an area where I can't get Comcast anymore,so I got a new ISP. They have different rules for usernames, so I can't use my old one (zoojuliet). I deleted "zoojuliet" out of OE so I could get the new username
