First of all I am really sorry that I had to post a thread on Internet
Exploere. But I really need some help here. Do you know when you try to
search for a keyword on search engine that Internet Exploere shows a drop
list of things you've already searched for before? For example ...

I am getting very frustrated.  I like to use OE as default email and have
had no problems until recently.  I regularly used the "Send to" option but
lately have been having outlook pop up instead of OE.
Can someone please advise how I can get OE to come back up when using "Send

I've only had this OE for a few days on a new Dell XPS with XP Pro.
How in the devil do I prevent all the strange new names from being installed

When I receive email with attachements I'm unable to view or open them. they
appear as greyed out.

I'm having problem sending emails with attachments.when i tried to send the
mail it hang when reaches around 50%.i've waited for all day and nothing
happens.so what's wrong with this?been having this problems on win2k pcs at
my workplace.please help.

All of a sudden today when I click on a link in an e-mail it freezes outlook
express. I have to cntrl,alt,del to get out of it, would anyone have any
ideas what can be causing this, I have windows XP, SP2 ,  internet

I post regularly in newsgroups and a recent reply to a post appeared on one
computer but did not appear on another computer. I did not use Catch Up on
either machines.

For the past couple of weeks I've been getting a "The TCP/IP connection has
been unexpectedly disconnected at the server" when I try to read my
newsgroups.  It downloads the headers OK, but when I click to read one, I get
the error.  It doesn't happen all the time, but enough ...

i just keep getting an error message from avg saying authentication required

My OE attachments come up in Notepad format.  I have Microsoft Works
installed on my PC and am running Windows XP.
How can I set OE to display attachments as MS Works WP files?

I have 2 problems with Outlook Express v 6.00.2800.1123
After I work in a newsgroup, the software locks-up when I try to close it
using either the upper right hand corner [x] button and the 'File' 'Close'
