Helping someone with Windows 98, I created a new Dial Up Networking icon. When trying to connect, it starts dialing immediately, does not prompt for User Name and Password. How do I get a prompt for ID & PW?

New Compaq computer running XP SP2. When I open Outlook Express, an error appears saying Outlook Express encountered an error while loading and has to close down. I have checked for viruses, uninstalled OE and reinstalled, but the behavior persists. What am I missing?

The subject line has happened to a friend. All icons are present but they are upside down meaning they have to "stand on their heads" to see what's what. They've tried rebooting the computer but still upside down.

Does anyone know if I can set up an "out of office auto reply" in Outlook Express? I can't find anything in tools menu that does this. If so could you please provide instruction.
