Installed software: Win XP Home SP2, OE 6, MS Outlook 2002 and MS Power Point Viewer 2003. When I download a message which has a *.pps attachment into Outlook, I can view that *.pps file with Power Point Viewer.

Strange problem happened in my Address book. When I open the address book, it looks like empty, but if I click find people, key in one contact name and search, the detail of the contact is found. So, all the contacts are hidden in the address book now. How to make it visible?

Just recently my OE has been freezing when I click on a link that is in one of my Emails. I'm left with nothing to do but CTR/ALT/DEL and shut it down. My OE does NOT freeze when I do anything else, just trying to use an embedded link.

I currently have problem while sending attachment (word document *.doc). When the person I sent tries to open the file; it shows it is not *.doc. Apparently, it only happens with word doc (file size is also changed) Please help.

I'm unable to type into any Internet box (like yahoo search, google, anything to sign up for, log-in to my e-mail, etc.). I recently had to uninstall & re-install Win98 SE (from a CD-R) after a nasty bug got in my computer and I couldn't even log on to a webpage from IE.
