Fast question: Can I delete a message I posted to this newsgroup?

I receive a daily email newsletter that is sent in HTML format.  Every time
I click on the message, I get a pop-up Window in OE that says:
"Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this
page.  As a result, the page may not display correctly."

I recently have been getting empty emails.  There is nothing written in the
main body or the subject line.  Also it doesnt tell me who it is from .
What is this and how do I stop these emails from being sent to me?

In my address book I know I can export a .wab file.
Why, when doing a search for "*.wab", do I not find any .wab file?

I deleted it from my "Start menu" " All programs" list... how can I get it

Professional places in Outlook Express?  I use Outlook Express only for
newsgroups, and have no need for Anti-spam in it.  My email client is
Microsoft Outlook.

When replying to some emails, the original sender's text ends up with a
