Can someone tell me what to do/  When I go to internet options to change my
start page, I get the message that I'm not an administrator and therefore I
can't change my start page anymore although I have always been able to change

In the lower left hand corner view of Contacts, I used to have all of my
contacts that are in my Address Book displayed.  It now says "There are no
contacts to display.", when my Address Book has hundreds of entries that I'm
able to send emails to so I know they are there.

I now receive this error when attempting to send mail.

When I try connecting to Outlook express, it first says "connecting" but then

Using Windows XP, I.E., and O.E.   When writing or replying to an email,
typing along, O.E. stalls and does not do anything.  The items in the task
bar fade and I have to waiting a minute or so, then by clicking somewhere on
the screen, O.E. animates again.  What is causing this ...

If you have popups blocked this Windows message comes on the screen. It
gives you an opportunity to check "don't show me this window again" (or
similar).  I did that.  But now, how to I get the message to reappear?  I
want to back to the default. Help?

I received an email message from my friend who wanted to send me a map
through a map service provider. The message is in plain text format and it
contains a hyperlink to point to a web page where the map is supposed to

Whenever I try to export messages form OE 6 I get an Illegal Operation
"MAPISP 32."
There is no problem importing messages. What's happening?
