The search function in IE 6 seems to hang on some web pages. I can reproduce
it (almost) every time e.g., with this page: go to
http://pn.webblogg.se/m_032005.html , press control-F to invoke the Search
dialog, type bolibomba into the textbox, and click on the Search button.

Trying to export messages from Express 6.00.2800.1123 and getting "Error

Good morning,
Does anyone know of a way, to extract and save,
a sound file, that was inserted into an OE6 message,
in this manner: Create Mail-Format-Background-Sound.

When I opened outlook express it said do I want to compact and I said yes.  
After doing this all of my e-mails in my inbox went away.  Could someone tell
me where they are and how to bring them back.  Thank you

I receive the following error if i try to send/receive mails from outlook
express 6 with SP1.

i have tried all the suggestions about turning off the virus scanning,spam
scanning and still when i re-boot the pop3 server has changed the settings
and i no longer can check my e-mail. i have deleted the connection and

I started having to "catchup" with several newsgroups last week.  I'm
checking and marking as read every day but several newsgroups still need to
be right-clicked to catchup.  What gives?  This is very annoying!
