I'm trying to download mails from 2 different hotmail accounts into my
Outlook Express 6. One account works just fine using hotmailpopper as
programm for downloading the mails with that account.
The other account always rejects the password. I tried to setup a webmail

I did spy removal, I downloaded the service pack, I did the update.....and I
still get the online ctrash...."we are sorry for any inconvience....send

How do I get rid of this feature in IE6 altogether!!!!

it's a stone old problem at least for me! if u are subscribed to serveral
news servers and u reply to a message it frequently happens that the reply
shows the *default* news server instead of the server the message belongs
to. Is there a fix or are we OE users destined to die with ...

Using Plain Text for both Mail and News - in Options which Send Setting is
correct - Mime or Uuencode? Also what Word Wrap setting is best?

my user's Inbox.dbx seem to be corrupted,
when open OE, all the messages in inbox was gone.
but when i check the store folder, inbox's size still show around 500+mb.
how can recover back the message ?

I'm using OE6 with Win98SE.  I tried to create an additional folder tonight, and
OE died.  Each attempt to reopen it is greeted with the dreaded "This program
has performed an illegal operation ...".  If it means anything, the error

I post my assignments in Outlook Express and they never show up. I then have to go to Internet Explorer to see if they are there. How can I get them to show up in Outlook after I post them?

OE6 .doc attachments open by default with OpenOffice. I've set C
Panel/FolderOptions/File Types for .doc and .dot to open with MSWord, but
this has no effect on OE attachments. If I save them to another folder, then
Open them, they open in Word OK.
