I'd like to change my email from Incredimail to Microsoft Outlook Express. I
have over 100 sub-folders filled with many, many emails that I do not want to
leave behind or lose. Can somebody walk me through how to accomplish this
please?

I have just joined a binaries news group (
automobiles ) and I find a lot of the
pictures download in some sort of code or
symbols, is there some way to get these

Occasionally someone will post to a newsgroup using an emoticon, at least I
think that's what it is, but all that appears is an X inside a box.  I used
to think they were corny so I must have done something to block them out. I
still think they're corny but now I'd like to see them.

When required to "combine and download messages" in OutLook Express, only one
file can be moved at a time. I am suggesting that multiple message part
selection via the shift/control key be enabled in the same manner that it is
in all other file manager applications. I.E. When ...

After two years of trouble-free experience, I am suddenly unable to create
new folders (or sub-folders) in Outlook Express.  No error messages or any
indications of problems.  Existing folders are OK (accessible).  This is a
complete mystery to me, since nothing (to my knowledge) ...

would appear and give me the option of keeping my pictures their original

What stupid software! unbelievable !!!
I backed up my files including the OE dbx files
i reinstalled the OS (XP PRO + SP2)
then I changed the path in OE to my new folder where the backed up dbx

i am using outlook express to read newsgroup.
Is there a way which i can group my newsgroups into different categories?
eg. photoshop related groups will go under a folder called photoshop

Yesterday I tried to post a message with jpg attachment to a newsgroup
(...win98_gen.discussion), not realizing that it wouldn't be accepted. Ever
since then every message  I've tried to post to that Microsoft newsgroup -
all of them short text messages - has caused OE to bring up ...

Is there a way to stop the beeps that OE makes when it ask for a
confirmation?  I changed all the sounds in control Panel/sounds to none but
OE still beeps.

When I try to 'reply group' in response to a news posting, the normal window
comes up.  However, after I have typed my message and hit send a pop up box
comes up that is blank.  It looks like it should be asking me a question like
"This message has no subject. Do you wish to send ...

Is it possible to import a large amount of Blacklisted emails into OE, and
if so, what is the easiest way to do this.
I use Mailwasher and have a large number of addresses which I would like to
add to OE but can't find a way to do this.

As mention above, is it possible to the import message rules from Outlook
Express to Microsft Outlook ? And how to do this ?
The version for OE is 6 and Outlook is 2003.

Dell XPX WinXP Pro WMP 10 with latest updates and latest codecs.
I have this one video clip which I have no problem opening and playing , and
no problem with it playing when sent to another individual however when I
send it to myseld I get only sound...no video.
