Whenever I sent out an email, the data trickles only sporadic out (ie.

Hello. Ive a new PC arriving today and  I Need to backup ALL my emails in
Outlook Express.
I can see a EXPORT MESSAGES, but where does this save the emails too?  And
once i found them , is it easy to transfer them to a new machine?
