A friend who "does not do newsgroups" asked me a question and I'd like to
pass it on to the experts here.  One of her correspondents, who uses OE

extension, which she can't open directly, but must copy and ...

OE6, Win2000: I have removed one of two identities. I find that the .dbx

Can I simply delete the extra dbx files without causing other problems?

make like a group list of these people then copy/paste the original message
and just add that group as the intended receivers?

When I open up my address book in OE6, I see two listings in the left hand
