My links have stopped functioning in outlook express - can anyone help

I have been forced to switch to the Mozilla Firefox and Opera browsers after
Internet Explorer 6.0 has begun to crash incessantly. My OS is Win XP-pro
SP2, (regularly updated via windows update)
Does anyone here have any idea about the reasons for the errant behavior on

Laptop running XP SP@, mail scanning disabled. Small messages are sent no
problem. When a mail has more than 2 lines of text it hangs during the send
and returns "no socket error 10053, error # 0x800CCC0F" Connection is via
D-Link DI-524 wls router, MTU in router is 1492. XP ...

Is there any way to order accounts so they show listed follwing any
criteria?

After i installed Norton Internet Security, over two months ago I am unable
to send emails from Outlook Express. I recieve emails ok. The error message

I am having a problem changing the default text for a stationary. I went to
COMPOSE/FONT and set it to the font I wanted, but when I click compose, it

I have followed many advice that has been given, but they have not appeared
