Are there any free yENC decoders that anyone can recommend for use with OE6?

SENDING  PROBLEM
in my Yahoo.ca POP3 using Outlook Express
The problem has begun since two days ago. When I send out an email using
Outlook Express, giving myself a copy, I receive my copy only after about

... suddenly when I attempt to send an email attachment via OE 6 from MS
Word it goes to Outlook instead.  I have set the properties in the Control
Panel to use OE as the mail handler and still no luck ... any ideas on what
I am apparently not thinking about?

i have problem with my email address what i do

outlook express sign in screen is open when waking computer from overnight
sleep mode.  I also lose my internet connection (cable modem) and have to
re-boot to get my connection back. anyone have any ideas?

Just a little annoyance, has any one else experienced the changing frame size
when one opens the messages. Also the left hand/right hand divider won't move
to allow one to read the threads, it springs back to the original position.

I'm having a very weird issue with my email. I'm not able to send or receive
any emails on my PC. I'm able to get my emails and send emails from my
account on any other PC's but not from my PC. I'm getting the error 'No,
