to block all of certain domains, and junk still getting through.  Is there a

I have a message in my Norton AntiSpam folder that I can not delete.  If I
click on 'empty spam folder' all messages are highlighted and then it
freezes.  If I highlight individual messages I can delete them, and when the
one particular message remains, it freezes again.

Can anyone please help.  I have got a really frustrating problem, that seems

I did not change security option under TOOL but since yesterday I can not
open any message in my e-mail account (text only, no attachment). "OE removed
access to the following...." error message shows up.  I used to receive any
e-mails (text, text with attachments).

Running XP Pro - have sound through my speakers but none
