If I receive a text message in blue lettering it will not print  very well.
Is there a way to change the received text to black for printing purposes.
Using Xp and IE6

Just bought new computer running winxp and I am wanting to use outlook
express as my mail program.  I used outlook express on my old computer which
ran winme.  The old computer died, but I have a complete back up of the hard
drive on dvd's.  I want to transfer the historic email ...

In our office, we have 5 people that use a common email address.  Is there a
way to setup OE6 so that each computer uses the same folders and
addressbook.  We all work and the same projects and if an email goes to one
computer but not the others, then something could be missed.

myself a message in html, no problem. Now when I do the same thing, it comes

Looked everywhere and I just can't find it.  I know somewhere you can
input how your name appears in the 'From' line in an email you send.
Can someone point me in the right direction please.

I was just creating a new identity on Outlook Express and I used the option
of having a password for that identity. Well, I typed the password and when

I have had people send me word attachments and I have even emailed myself a
word attachment.  Now my question is, why am I unable to open these
attachments?

I would like to print out in-coming e-mail messages in a smaller font than
what is used by the sender. Is there any way of achieving this?

I am running windows 2000 pro, sp 4.  Installed is outlook express 6.  In the
"about" screen, it states:
Outlook Express 6
Build 6.00.2800.1106 (no mention of service packs)

When I want to send to multiple people, I use "Distribution" in the "TO"
field and "CC" or "BCC" for the other people, depending on the
applicability.  When I get the "Distribution" copy of the message, always in
a separate mail account that I own, it arrives in my Inbox with a ...

I updated all reloaded SW and Win to latest patches. He's at  Win98SE,

On 16 Sept I had some unusual difficulty with Outlook express and of a
sudden lost all 12 subfolders in my Inbox.  Search did not locate them.  I
used system restore to the 13th of Sept and that didn't help.  They were
still gone.  Really don't want to lose them.....Help, please  ...

Does anyone happen to know if Windows Mail will have improved
news filtering capabilities?
AFAICT, OE6 lacks the ability to execute a rule on messages which are
crossposted to any group.  The ability to hide all msgs that are crossposted

I have been able to increase the size of incoming and outgoing
message fonts but cannot seem to find a way to increase the font size
of the headers in the Inbox folder and other folders.
Would appreiate assistance with this.

I am trying to get outlook express to forward e-mail to my Black Berry address.
Can you tell me if that can be done and if so how do I do it.
