When I block a sender MS Outlook Express I still get a "you've got mail"
tone, even though the message goes to the delegated file folder.  Is there a
way to block a sender and hear no tone?

Does anyone know how to insert a email hyperlink that will automatically send
itself. I am starting a newletter and would like to include a removal link
for anyone who wished to opt out. Right now the link I have opens the default
email places "Remove" in the subject line and ...

In one contact I have 3 email address for that contact. I want to send to
all 3 address at the same time. How do I do that? Right now I have to add
that contact 3x then change default e-mail 3x just for that task.

anyone have a clue why spell check would throw up an error and not run?
it is not greyed out, spell check works fine in Word.  This is OE 6,
came in a brand new computer,  I did import emails and address book from
old computer......

How can I set up my address book to show only my first name in the From: at

Can anyone tell me if the toolbar wallpaper for IE will work with XP?  I had
this little program on my old computer which was running WinMe with IE6.  I
have the program downloaded but I just don't want to install it till someone
tells me if there is a problem or not.

In my Outlook Express 6 Program Just about all of my messages have the
attachment symbol before them in the inbox but none of them have
attachments, nor did they EVER have them in the first place.  This is
not a matter of the attachments being filtered out...they weren't there

I have multiple email accounts and I want to setup a rule to move a message
after it comes in to a specific folder.
Thing is I have a rule setup to move messages from (account 1) to (folder 1)
but I also want to take certain messages that come into (account 1 folder)

Where doe OE store the partially downloaded files? I recently got a huge
email and with a slow connection it will take hours to download.
Is it at all possible to download part of it and continue the rest later?

emails appear but the message area below is greyed out. cannot open accounts
or options in tools menu. unable to create new mail. some links on web sets
(known to be ok) are bringing up blank pages with no address in address bar.
oh and double clicking a received email brings up ...

I have two accounts on my computer, but find that when I open Outlook on one
account, it has one set of messages recieved, and when I open outlook on the
other account, it has nothing. How can I make it so I can open outlook on
both accounts, with both content?
