My original drive has an OS problem where it can't boot anymore. I put in
another drive and loaded the OS and software. I'm running XP sp2, office 2003
OE 6.0, 250GB drive, 2GB memory. Since I can't boot up the original drive,
how can I move all my email files, address book and ...

My wife's new computer has OE 6 installed and it's working just fine.
On my computer the OE files INBOX, OUTBOX, SENT, etc. have the extension
.dbx, which I verified by using START - SEARCH clicking on All Files & Folders
and typing in *.dbx.

This questions refers to Outlook Express 6.  When I turn on the computer I
always have to reset my Incoming mail (pop3) setting. It should be
xxx@bellsouth.net  but it becomes 127.0.0.1.
Please advise.

I am having a HUGE problem. When I attempt to insert an attachment to email,
Outlook Express crashes. Specificially, this only happens when attempting to
attach a document that is not in a folder. I can attach documents that are in
a folder.

Suddenly a couple of days ago OE stopped working with Hotmail though it
still works with my Earthlink acct.
The messages I receive are:

I cannot connect to my e-mail server today, because problem with weather, if
possible

Every time I click on Create,I get the New Message button on the task bar
and it won't open the New Message window to write new message.By right
clicking the task bar button (New Message) is the only way to open the
Create (new message) window.
