listed as DBX files. I do not know how to transfer them back to OE so that

Outlook Express Encryption Plugin?12 Sep 2005 21:06 GMT2
I'm looking for something in OE that will use Public key encryption for

OE is slow12 Sep 2005 11:47 GMT2
I use OE 6. Often it starts giving me problems. It runs very slowly. A
simple 'read mail' takes eternity to finish. I have changed the STORE FOLDER
but it did not help.
Ctrl-Alt_Del shows OE NOT RESPONDING.

When replying to a post that contained an http address, my reply would not
send because it said I was posting HTML.  Even when I removed the link the
reply post would not go out. What happened?  It was a videogame group, not
this one.

I've been using OE for over ten years, and this thing is still NOT working!
Why?  When we have to pay for it by buying Windows, (and we do...), why does
Microsoft NEVER fix anything that's broken, instead of just adding more and
more junk to their software first?  I've used ...
