I am having random hyperlinks when responding to messages in my Outlook

I'm using OE6 to view these newsgroups. When I try to view posts that are
more than 20kb in size, it gives me the message below.  Anyone know how to

Most, but not all of my emails download automatically from my ISP mail server
to Outlook Express on my PC when I open Outlook Express.  I can see them on

When writing a new message, the lines fail to wrap when the end of the
composition page is reached - 76 characters I believe is the default.
The characters continue to the right endlessly.

I have never noticed a problem before but all of a sudden, if I print a
