In attaching a photo (regardless of format, .jpg, .tif or whatever) to an
email and then sending it, is the photo altered in any way? i.e. size,
compression, etc. This assumes the original image is digital and not one that
has been scanned on your "average" scanner.

Just loaded IE6/outlookexpress. The problem I'm having is when a message has
an attachment and I click on the paper clip the attachments are listed but
the save attachments command is grayed out?

Hi, in my office we have about 25 users using Outlook Express.
I have set up a standard signature on all the machines, but now I want

I arrange my various toolbars to my satisfaction, but when I close explorer
and open it back up they have rearranged themselves not to my liking.  I
have tried locking the toolbars and that doesn't work either.  Any ideas as
