When I try to open an attachment in my email I get the error message " This

I hope someone can help me. I have Outlook Express 6.0 and last week it ask
to compact files. Said OK and now some folders have disappeared. I can't find

When I click on 'crear correo' (my windows is in Spanish) outlooks turns
