I use Outlook Express and Newsgroups via Comcast as ISP. When I try to search newsgroup descriptions it tells me they need to be downloaded and I watch as it downloads over 100,000 items and stops and says "it is unable to display a list of newsgroups from newsgroups.comcast.net. ...

I want to import old e-mail messages from before my hard drive crashed. They were saved on a back up as .DBX files I think And I still have them on my new hard drive but I can't figure out how to import them to the new Outlook Express inbox.... or anything else either.
