I backed-up my OE address book from my Me based system in the prescribed fashion leading to a .WAB file. Now I see that OE6 on XP will imort only a book with a .CSV extension. How can I import that .WAB folder?

Recently, I found that whenever I compose an email, I see a new title bar "New Message - Western European (ISO)". I did not see that kind of stuff before. What does that mean? How can I get rid of it. I am in the US.

Everytime I open up Outlook Express, it changes my PC display settings from 32-bit color to 8-bit color. Once I close OE, the color returns back to 32-bit, just as if nothing happened in the first place. I have a XP Home SP2 machine. I have tried re-installing SP2, but no luck ...

I am using OE6. A folder was deleted by accident and OE was closed. I found the Deleted Items.dbx file but I don't know how to open it. Is it possible to get that folder back? I am assuming that the folder is still on my pc somewhere since the .dbx is 74mg.
