For some reason Outlook express has quit grabbing the headers for any
newsgroups. If I select a group I want to look at and then click "go to", it
connects, then there is a long pause like it is downloading headers, but when
it is finished, there are no headers and it will say 0 ...

I cannot receive or send any messages after I installed a new Windows. MSN is
my mail server and I can open my message on a website but OE doesnt work, the
