New machine, XP Pro, for some reason I am unable to send attachments with my
emails.

when ever I want to send a picture of file I click attachments and attach
the file. However if not in mail I click on the file and have available
several methods of sending that file via the internet one is mail recipient
but the program takes me to Microsoft outlook vice outlook ...

Once I get the notification that there is a new mesage, I go back into
Outlook Express, and I click on the relevant folder (e.g. inbox, or spam),
then I click on the new message to read it and I get the following error
mesage box:

Dear Sir or Madam,
I have Outlook Express. I receive about 200 SPAM per day.
My ?, Is there a way I can configure my Outlook Express to ONLY receive
e-mails from people listed in my Outlook Express Address book?

My computer re-booted itself last night, and now I get several error msg's
when I try to make a new email: "unable to open address book. Address book
may not be installed properly".  Or "OE incorrectly configured. reinstall
OE". OR, sometimes, "There was an error opening this ...

I am running XP Home.SP2 and OE 6.0
I would like to backup my email on to a CD or ZIP drive.  Want the email in
my OE folders to remain accessible.  Only thing is that I want to save the

I helped installing my g/f's PC.
I/we created her Outlook Express account as normally, but each time
when she signs in and wants to retrieve her email, it pops up and asks
for her password, even if the Remember Password box is checked-off.

How do I move/copy personal folders from one PC to an other -- both are XP
machines using OE 6.

Starting yesterday, when I send messages they no longer appear in my 'Sent
Items' Box !!??  I have verified that they actually have been sent and
received O.K. !

express email.  I  am having trouble with the server information - (pop3) ,
incoming and outgoing mail.  It says to put the name of the server my ISP

Our site requires cookies. I have a customer that insists they have their IE
6.0 security settings to medium (default) but my site keeps redirecting him
due to lack of cookie. The site is functioning fine with other users.

I have hyperlinked text in Word.  It's bold.  I copy it into an Outlook
Express e-mail, and it turns into regular (non-bold).  This appears to
be a built in feature of OE, that it treats bold hyperlinked text as
non-bold.  This makes sense for most purposes.

Hi, mostly when i receive images i have no jpg's in attachment but text in
the body. What can be the problem ?
