The blue Outlook Express header bar used to look like "Inbox - Outlook
Express" when you opened Outlook Express.  Now it looks like "Inbox - Outlook
Express by AT&T".  Where would something like this come from and how can I

2. I went offline in OE, began compacting all folders
3. Got notified there wasn't enough disk space. Stopped the Compacting

I was able to configure my Outlook Express on the server. The other 2
computers connected to the server can browse the internet but the Outlook
Express could not be configured. I am getting the message
