I get 2 error msgs. when starting OE.  First it says the application could
not be started. The app was unable to open OE message store.  Second I get OE
could not be started because msoe.dll could not be initialized.

is there anywhere i can download outlook express as a standalone installer?
seperate from downloading ie6.
I have looked on microsoft's website but cant find anything other than the
ie6 setup... or can i download this as a redist?

In my Outlook 2002 when I click a URL to go to a site from it to the internet
and do not have a IE6 window open my PC tries to save it instead. This began

i use OE english version for sending my e mails
the  default dictionarie is the ENGLISH one
can i use another dictionaries at the same time??

Whenever I click an e-mail address someone has included in an e-mail, my
machine throws up about 60+ black windows, instead of a new message window.
Why is this?
In the options menu, it says OE is not the default mail handling program,

I tried all the REGEDIT stuff (Protected Storage System Provider) and
nothing worked.  Someone said to run pstores -install in DOS.  Still
didn't work.  I fixed the problem by going to Identities->Manage

How can I change the default view of attachements in OE6?  When I go to
attachments they are viewed as "LIST"  I want to see them as "DETAILS"
