I have a file located in my Windows/programs downloaded folder that states
it is a damaged browser add on--is it safe to simply delete this file?

I get so much spam in Outlook Express that it is almost impossible to find
the emails from the few people in my contacts.

I am upgrading from Win98se to Win XP, I have been able to copy and move my
addresses, accounts and email messages. Could someone tell me how I can move
the message rules that I had associated with one of my accounts. There are
