OE 6 SP1 running on Win2K
The problem: when new e-mails are received, they are automatically being
marked read even though the preview pane is not active.

Not being able to find an Outlook 2003 support group, I posted to OE group
hoping to still perhaps find an answer. NOW I find the Outlook 2003 support
group! How do I cancel the OE post (I couldn't find an answer in Knowledge
Base)? Thanks very much.

I have set up one of the mail rules as a spam filter and added all the usual
words but I can't find any help on these questions...
How does the word filter list work?   For example, if I put "stock" in the
word list, does it also filter "stocks"?  And would it also filter
