OE displays an envelope in the system tray signaling I have new mail. I have three IMAP accounts setup in OE. When I click the envelope, it goes to the top IMAP account's inbox. However, there isn't any new mail. There isn't any new mail in any of of the accounts.

I'm running MS Office 2003/SP1. I use OE and FireFox as email clients, the latter as the default. However, when I click "send to" in a Word session, Word invokes Outlook. Has anyone got an off-hand solution to this faulty set-up?

I get this message whenever I try to go to Tools/Internet Options. The title bar has "Restrictions" in it and the message is "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

I have worked as administrator with Outlook. Now I would like to work as user without admin rights, but I get the message. Outlook cannot load msoe.dll. Is it possible to arrange settings for Windows 2000 for the work with Outlook as "normal" user?

my sister's emails are blank except for the subject and the To: It's all there..but the message section is blank. Did she push some button? Make a selection somewhere to HIDE messages? If so, where is it? Please help me.
