Every time I block a sender, close out my email and go back in the block
senders list is cleared.   There must be a setting that I am missing.  Please

I am trying to use OE Tool... OK, it has a few funky habits, I can
handle that. But, when I click some of the tools (e.g. "toggle plain
text") it pops up little mini windows with "tab" and "general"
displayed as text.

I checked the size of outloook express which stored over 1.8GB already. Also
know 2GB is the limit.
