System assembled in August 2006. Mobo: ASROCK K8 Upgrade 1689 2800; CPU: AMD Athlon/Sempron 64 2800; OS: WinXP Pro (up to date) In mid-December I began finding that my system was running at 98+ per cent after log on (system is up 24/7). Only a reboot would clear the problem.

In my inbox, I have some emails that have a lock next to them. When I try to delete them, I get the message "This message could not be deleted". The lock looks like a padlock and is next to the columns for flagging and attachments. Any help would be appreciated.

I click in the column under the 'watched' icon when I want to follow a particular post. Eventually the post degenerates into something I am no longer interested in. Is there a way to 'unwatch' this post?

Where are the newsreader graphics temp files stored? I know where they are in MS Outlook but cant find them in the Outlook Express. When I read a NG message with binary attachments they take a while to load but then when I go back to that message they load very fast, indicating ...

When I right click on a file in Windows Explorer and select "send to email recipient" it enters the file into the "subject" and also into the "attachment" field. Is there a way to have it put the file into the attachment field only?
