OE ver.6.00.2800.1123  on WinXP Pro started to freeze when marking newsgroups
"catch up".
Even if there is only one message in the group and I catch up-it then it
will slow down - it takes some minutes for that single message to be catched.

One machine, the check is always present when opening a new message to send,
but on a different desktop it is always cleared.  Marking it will make it so
for that message, but cleared each subsequent new message.  Suggestions?

From time to time I receive an email from someone (not necessarily the same
person) telling me that a message from me was deleted on such and such a
date. The subject is *Not read: the original subject*.
I don't always recognise sending the original message in the first place and

I exported files form OE last year but dont remember what version it was. I'm
having troube importing my exported .pst files to OE6, does anyone have any
ideas?

yesterday I've transferred via cable all old computer's HDD to new computer
(to folder, which I named "old hdd"). Thought it was easy to transfer OE
inbox and address book, but when I go via File-import, clicking left mouse
button , it shows OE folder is empty on "old hdd", so ...

I'm having trouble managing multiple identities in Outlook Express.  I have a
main Bigpond account with a secondary user on this account.
When emails are sent to the secondary user, they sometimes get through but
other times get diverted to the main account.

Every so often I am sent a mail message that gets rejected because of the
"over quota" condition. These are invariably JPG picture files or Windows
Media files. My quota is set (by default) to 7168000. Is there a way to
increase this? Any help would be appreciated.

Using the connection wizard everything goes along fine on the set up.

Favorites used to open on my full screen but now only open on the side tool
bar. How do I change this to open on full screen. Your help would be
