I notice when I read email or browse newsgroups, at the bottom of the
page, on the left, it say's "view applied." Does that mean its being filtered

I re-installed WindowsXP and saved the my instorage.dbx (573mb) on a CDRW
then saved a copy on my new desktop. It seems I cannot simply drag it into
my new OE mailstorage location. When I do this, OE lists the file name but
no data.
