I used to be able to create new folders in Outlook Express, but now I get a general, unhelpful error message that "an error has occured" whenever I try to create a new folder. Anyone have any ideas on what to do to correct this? I am running Windows XP Home Edition, IE 6, and ...

all of a sudden a large faint grid has appeared in e mail that i generate in rtf. i can't get rid of it except in plain text. i am not using any stationary. ideas? thanks

For two or three weeks now I have had trouble receiving email messages from any of my groups in Yahoo. It says I have been bounced with the following message. I go to Yahoo to reactivate...it works for a day or two and then bounces me again. Any ideers?

I have a friend who is using Outlook Express 6 and now cannot Delete any email from his Inbox..He can move mail to the Sent Items Folder, but not move mail to the Deleted Items folder. Is there any simple solution to this problem? I read I thought somewhere

I had to change the resolution of my desktop and the text in the folders and "From/To/Received" sections of my OE 6 page are now too small for my old eyes to read. I've looked all over, including help index, but can't find out how to make them bigger.

Out of the blue (seemingly) all my OE message files have disappeared and I can't seem to find them. Address book is OK but all messages are gone (the folders are still there but no contents). All my newsgroup setting messed up too.

I think I have played with something in my nortons and no longer can access my email using OE, and MSN Messenger will not launch at all any more. HELP, I am going nuts having to deactivate my Norton to use Email - but MSN is the real killer...can't talk with people.
