When attempting to retrieve a saved email, a whole group of emails in one
folder is missing. After searching for it with Copernic Desktop, it lists
the email I want, but says "The selected email is offline and cannot be
previewed".

What is a 421 error? Do I address it at my end (client) or is this a problem
with the server?
This happens every time I "Send and Receive" and one or more emails are in
the Outbox: [server name and number have been disguised]

I can't delete an email that was sent to me and it is on top of my list now
so when I try to read my email my Outlook Express just stops responding.  How

Whenever I use OE Help, the fonts are too small.  I use Large Fonts in
my Display Properties.  I even tried extra large fonts, but it does not
make Help larger.  Also Windows XP Support & Help are too small.  I

When i saved a webpage to my documents , everything is there as should be.
But when i e-mail it to someone the pics are not there. Just a box with red

Lately I'm getting a strange behavior in my outbox in OE6.0. I'll write a
letter while off line and hit the send button. The letter goes into the
outbox all right, but later, when I go to send it from there I get a message

I uninstalled Office 2000 and lost spell chek(see?) function and the
