Recently I installed Office 2003 and since then Windows Messenger
(Microsoft's Instant Messenger product) insists on installing itself and
keeping active in the system tray.  When I try to close it, I'm told that it
can't be closed because OE is using it.

We have a client with two workstations that send messages out to the

outbox.  We have scanned for viral infections and even archived the 2+GB dbx

last week i performed a Destructive Recovery due to a virus. i emailed files

Archive advice needed
I find it very helpful to keep emails but when OE started to slow down I
began to archive those older than a given date. Trouble is to search them I
need to drag them back into OE.

90% of our e-mails received have paper clips showing but most do not nor
should they have attachments.. I even just sent ourselves a e-mail from
another account we have and attached nothing to it and yet it shows the
paperclip... Why is this showing up??

Someone sent me some pictures (jpg's) which only showed as Red X's in the
body of the e-mail, and yet the attachments opened fine in my Picture
Manager.  What else is puzzling, is that there was no paper clip even though

Recently I'm having difficulty opening an attachement which is a photo.  
Message reads that there is no program associated with this file.  Also,
although I can open an attachment which is a word document, I cannot read the

It doesn't seem possible to print a message while it's still in the Drafts

Hi, I am a new user.  Everytime I open mail, I have to enter my password
(the area to save it is not active).  How do we save the password so that we
don't have to re-enter it every time???

Not sure if its normal or not but when I send a message DIRECT from either
Word or Excel no copy gets placed into my SENT FOLDER. Should it show or
have I set something wrong?
