Yesterday, I accidently deleted the folders with emails of a friend who had somehow managed to put all there folders in the Deleted Items section. I emptied this section without realising these folders were in there.

Hey Fellas: Remember you guys tried to help me when all my sent letters were deleted from the sent messages file of my non-paid accounts in OE after 30 days. The advice then was "move the sent messages to another folder".

Thank you for the assistance yesterday. I have managed to recover some of the emails, however, I can't seem to recover any of the emails from the Deleted Items folder, yet when I go to the Application Data folder, it tells me that there is 70 MB of mails

I have quite a number of e-mail folders (about 20) with e-mail fro different clients in each. This morning, suddenly about 70% of my mai was gone from these folders. The INBOX was OK as were the first fe folders. The rest were empty.
