Win XP, IE6.
I'd like to make a shortcut that would call a new OE message form without
calling OE itself. I believe this is possible, but I've forgotten how to do
it.

I updated my Windows XP Home and now all my graphics are either missing or
attachments. I could see the pictures and graphics fine in my email before I
updated. Now i have to click on a *.htm attached file to see the email
correctly. One email i received had 26 jpg attachments ...

why am having so much trouble trying to play a game and my screen keep going
black when i go in to games it as not one thing to do with dell i brought
more micsoft from mcfee so i wouldn't have this problem would you help me

Please help as I've lost all my emails after compacting the previous day. I
can still see all the folders in the hidden files but I can't open or read. I
tried to copy them into a new empty folder and import again but it still
fail. Kindly advise. Thanks.

Could someone suggest a good, free "not mutually exclusive" add on for OE6
to view Yenc pictures? I have been avoiding them but their popularity is
growing.

Hello.  I'm a new user of Outlook Express v.6.0.  I need help with the
following:
I sent an email to a friend.  They replied and in my inbox under the "from"
column it appears to show my friends id name instead of their email address.  

l think send out the email , but can not mail out !! why ?

Friends - How do you post multiple jpg's to appear in the newsgroup as

have a pointer?I am really shaky about this question as it would seem I know

switched on this morning to read e mails. 2 new e mails showing. All
previous e mails (several hundreds) have vanished! Cant find them anywhere.
Where have they gone? Ooutbox is as normal Just inbox previous e mails have
vanished. I need them to refer to.

I occasionally receive a message in OE6 where the text of the message is on a
single line, i.e. no word wrap.  It is annoying to have to use the horizontal
scroll bar to read the message!  Is there any way to force the text in such a
message to word wrap?

How do I get it so that all my emails show up on both my desk top pc and my laptop?  They only show up on which ever pc I checked my email on.  I would like to be able to see them on both pcs.  Also, I lost my adress book on my laptop, how do I retrieve this?

My outlook express e-mail had been working fine until last week.  My second
e-mail address stopped receiving mail.  This problem started when a couple of
e-mails from the main identity (1st e-mail) where somehow received in the
second e-mail inbox.

tried using the 'file' 'import' option but have no idea where to browse/look
for the folder where my messages are stored.
afraid that if i set up a new mail account, i'll be able to send and receive
email but will lose all of my old email messages and address.
