My address book has no identity folders or shared folders. Both of my identities are sharing ALL contacts. Anyone know why and how to resolve it please?

I use Outlook 2003 to launch Outlook Newsreader. When I click on the Set up a Newsgroups account... link, nothing happens. The statusbar at the bottom indicates I'm Working Online. I'm using Windows 2000. Any ideas? Thanks.

I have figured out how to set up Outlook Express for multiple Windows users in XP by sharing the folder store. However, I still have one problem. The second user cannot send or receive. The send/receive button is grayed out. How to I fix this?

The mail account settings keep getting changed from mail.btinternet.com to some thing 127.1.0.0, someone kindly suggested I stop email scanning in MacAfee but the problem persists and its driving me mad, anyone else have any suggestions please ?

Hi. How can I configure Internet Explorer and/or Outlook Express 6 to send a file Postdata.att when Method Post is executed? I have a PC that create a blank e-mail without the Postdata. And the same html file executed in another computer creates the postdata file.
