This is a two part question dealing with OE. 1. I get an e-mail(spam) from what appears to be from myself. "To" and "From" are the same. I can't block sender 'cause the system thinks it's my real e-mail address.

Of late, more and more of my read, incoming e-mails are "stuck" in the In-Box of OE v6.x. No form or "Delete" or "Move" command works to purge the In-Box. Does anyone have any idea of how to clear this malfunction?

If I set Outlook Express to read all messages in plain text, will I miss some messages because they bounce, or will they all come with the HTML version as an attachment if they are HTML e-mails? And do all attachments come through OK with this setting?

In one particular newsgroup, I get the above message. It also won't let me mark anything as read, D/L more headers or "catch up." What happened? Sounds to me like my OE6 has been corrupted somehow. How do I fix this? Thanks in advance.

Can I somehow automatically forward all the messesges that I recieve in OE to my gmail account? I know that gmail has a free POP but I really dont understand how to use it. If anyone could tell me how to do this it would be greatly apprecitated!
