Sending from OE using wireless08 Apr 2006 23:15 GMT6
This is likely a basic inquiry that's been covered at some point,
though I don't see this specific thread.  I've been dealing with this
for a while.

sender question08 Apr 2006 19:03 GMT7
This is a two part question dealing with OE.
1. I get an e-mail(spam) from what appears to be from myself. "To" and
"From" are the same. I can't block sender 'cause the system thinks it's my
real e-mail address.

Unable to delete read messages in In-Box.08 Apr 2006 14:34 GMT4
Of late, more and more of my read, incoming e-mails are "stuck" in the In-Box
of OE v6.x.  No form or "Delete" or "Move" command works to purge the In-Box.
Does anyone have any idea of how to clear this malfunction?
Will I miss some e-mails with this setting in OE?08 Apr 2006 14:15 GMT2
If I set Outlook Express to read all messages in plain text, will I
miss some messages because they bounce, or will they all come with the
HTML version as an attachment if they are HTML e-mails?
And do all attachments come through OK with this setting?
"An Unknown Error Has Occured"08 Apr 2006 07:44 GMT1
In one particular newsgroup, I get the above message.  It also won't let me
mark anything as read, D/L more headers or "catch up."  What happened?
Sounds to me like my OE6 has been corrupted somehow.  How do I fix this?
Thanks in advance.

Error message 0x800CCC3C08 Apr 2006 03:45 GMT9
I keep getting the following error message when I try to send out an email

OE and Hotmail08 Apr 2006 02:40 GMT27
What's the general feeling about the news that MS are going to remove the
facility to deal with Hotmail via OE or Outlook.  Personally, I think
Hotmail is only usable with OE, as it is painfully slow to do anything at
all, and has limited storage, even with the promised upgrade.  ...
