The problem is like this:
I open an attachment of a message and make some modification on it and save
the file (not on disk; I just click the save button of the application that
open the attachment)

I followed the instructions to accomplish the above with the exception that I
saved the mail files to a CD instead of to the Desktop. (I do not have lots
of space left on C).
The import function cant see the files on the CD

Staff will address/send an e-mail to an individual and the person will
recieve it.
But several other staff will also recieve it.

When I delete files and clear history in IE5 it also deletes (or prevents
access to) my email attachments.  I need to be able to tidy up IE, but leave
my attachments in place.
The attachments still show when I look at a message but I cannot save them.

The only messages that stay in my Deleted Files folder are the unread
messages.  Anything I've read disappears when I move it from my In-box to the
Delete folder.  I now have to keep everything in my In-box until I"m sure I

I have a issue on 4 Windows XP Pro x64 systems that the spell checker gives
an error when you try to run it.  I have tried all the solutions from Technet
and everywhere else on the Net but none fix this issue.  Each one has a
version of MS Office loaded anywhere from 2000 - XP ...
