OE 6 will not start.
I get a popup window error message that states msimn has caused an error in
the file DIRECTDB.DLL  what can I do to fix this?
Tried MIE online help to no avail, am afraid all of my emails will be lost.

I am using Outlook Express for my personal email and Outlook for an email
account for a small business which I run. At the moment, the address book
seems to be shared between outlook express and outlook, which I do not want
to do. Is there any way of disabling this??

I just received an email in my oe inbox that said it was secure mail and
gave me a password to use when opening.....since I have no clue as who was
sending this to me I didn't open it was deleted it?  What is this secure

I get an error message using Outlook Express 6 in Windows
XP when I click on Create New Message which says there
was an error openning this message.  When i click the
address book i get "unable to open address book.  Address

I have a number of users that are periodically getting the error messages
following.
'There was an error opening this message. An error has occurred' and 'Unable
to open the address book may not be installed properly'.

After installing Update KB911567 for Outlook Express - I can no longer load OE.
Error message says "Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL
could not be loaded".
Existing version of msimn.exe & MSOE.DLL are 6.00.2800.1106.

A friend of mine has suddenly found that the "Go" button next to his URL Bar
in Internet Explorer has ceased to work.
When he types an address into the Address Bar nothing happens when he clicks
on the Go button or pushes Return/Enter.

Email from one person only are sent straight to the deleted items folder. As
far as we can tell there are no mesage or other rules that should cause this.
How can we fix the problem please?
