when i type "mircosoft.com" in the address bar my computer will not link me
to the microsoft site.... in fact nothing happens.   i have tried antispyware
and antivirus and getting updates but still it is not working.  Any ideas

I am unable to attch images using the attachment button in outlook, but I can
drag and drop.

is it possible to retrieve an e-mail, with three attached files, which i

I need to be able to recover some email from a Deleted Items folder without
having to spent money that I really don't have. I have a copy of the Deleted
Items folder saved seperate from my main message store. What is the best (and

A few weeks ago I asked how to save a form email that I wanted to send to
many people over a period of time.  It was recommended that I simply save it
to the desktop and click on it when I want to use it.

Outllok Express. I carefully followed the posted directions to set up OE 6.
Whenever I try to connect to Hotmail, I receive the following msg;

Spammer is sending his message as a picture so body text filters not catching

Does OE have a way of stopping them, or if not who else does?

I use OE, and frequently, when AOL victims send me mail with an attachment,
I'll go to open it and find another e-mail within, and have to open the next
attachment...sometimes as many as 4-5 levels. Sort of like peeling an

Outlook Express does not download my incoming mail unless i select the
down arrow beside  Send/Recv and click on
Pop6. Sympatico.ca .    How can i solve this. This way it never tells
me that i have new mail.

When I try to send large attachments in excess of 5 MB through OE, the server
drops the connection after 5 minutes. 5 minutes is the maximum time out that
you can set in OE. Can anyone help on increasing the server time out in OE?

I have an unusual problem - I am currently using Outlook Express 6.0 under
Windows XP (SP2 with all the latest patches) and what happens is that on some
(note some) emails with embedded links (for example email updates from some
fanfiction sites) turn suddently from normal emails ...

My wife just started using Outlook Express, and had trouble inserting an
image into an outgoing e-mail.  The dialog opened and accepted input, but
then everything hung.  Googling around a little I found this forum, and saw
quickly that she wasn't alone.

Save a draft as .eml to a non OE folder doesn't save in draft form any more

I have moved all mail from my inbox to other folders but when I look at the
dbx file for my inbox it shows over 37mb. How do I get rid of this?
