I use Outlook Express for e-mail, but preview and delete many messages off
the Earthlink server using their webmail program. I have a new PC and even
though I delete an e-mail using webmail, the deleted e-mails still download

Used to open up browser and go to links just fine....now nada.  Mouse turns
to hand ok and links for email open up the new message window ok.   Send and
receive ok.....just no links to web will work.  They work fine in Outlook,

When I try to reply to a message in my OE Inbox, I keep getting the error

I've setup rules (OE 6) to delete certain emails.
However, these rules work only for one email account (my non-hotmail account).
But I've got 3 other hotmail accounts and for these accounts the rules don't
apply.

Html files from the stationary folder are cut short when I format them into
